Tools that don’t talk to each other
A PSA that is ridiculously hard to use
An interface that is straight out of 2000s
Losing hundreds of hours implementing your PSA? Switch to a PSA that stays true to what matters the most to MSPs.
A platform that is stuck in the past
A vendor that left clients at Kaseya's mercy
It's a simple and intuitive interface. It brings a nice dash of colour. Cosmetic, I know, but to me, it's important to have a platform that you enjoy using. The automation is great...And there is a superb team of very fast responders to help you every step of the way...

A unified PSA-RMM empowers technicians to go about their day in one platform as opposed to one too many.
Everything a tech needs is right where it should be, so your technicians spend less time learning and more time working.
Our workflows are intuitive for anyone to set up. No need to set up complex policies or hire an automation engineer or sit through training.
We have nothing to hide. We are transparent in everything, including our pricing, product roadmap, and any decision impacting our customers.
Why zero contracts?
We don’t believe in keeping our customers hostage. We believe in winning them every single day.

Stay far, far away from Autotask unless you're feeling nostalgic for 2008esque design and performance.
Datto rate increase? I'm being taken for a ride by either the MSP or Datto.
We found Autotask to have a very steep learning curve, lack any kind of intuitive interface, and have pretty restrictive workflow rules. The absolute cheapest 'onboarding' we were offered was basically DIY with some video tutorials made 5-10 years ago, and a couple of 1 hour sessions where we could ask questions.
Datto is bleeding MSPs. Kaseya will contain the damage by offering flexible contracts, likely sneaky 3 year contracts to lock MSPs from leaving. My advice to all of you - be on the watch for adjustments in your contracts. TL;DR: we are so, so tired. Most MSPs are tired of this drama. We have a business to run, and this has been a terrible distraction.
The UI is the worst part, as it's "split personality" between current UI and new UI. That's a constant moving experience.
Dump Datto now that they are Kaseya. Service has gone massively downhill. Their best engineers are now gone or leaving. Prices will go up for absolutely nothing. You need another plan ASAP.
