It's a simple and intuitive interface. It brings a nice dash of colour. Cosmetic, I know, but to me, it's important to have a platform that you enjoy using. The automation is great...And there is a superb team of very fast responders to help you every step of the way...

Where to start? In four words, I cannot trust them. The platform does not run dependably.
For nearly the entire day Syncro has been essentially useless. Scripts fail to run with any sort of consistency, endpoints that are installed are not showing up in the platform.
Anyone else noticed poor performance and frequent 500 errors this week?
I switched from Repairshopr to Syncro about a month ago and have noticed that page load times seem to average between 5 and 10 seconds compared to the almost instant load times I was getting with RepairShopr. This was acceptable, if a little irritating.
The support staff is obviously understaffed because 3-4 weeks for support resolution is sort of a bummer and just doesn't make sense ("resolution" is the key word here, they respond very quick saying "they're looking into it" but then it stalls for weeks)
I want to love Syncro, I truly do - they just make it so dang hard.
Syncro Team, if you're out there - you do great work but why is it that the Syncro Platform struggles after every single major rollout?
A scheduled script will just not run. A lot. The scheduled time will come, then pass and the script never runs. The site shows it never ran and the next scheduled date/time increments to the next time. I have verified this with logging in my scripts.
